Now a regular presence on Asheville’s ecstatic dance floors\, she is first and foremost a lover of the dance. Laughter brings people together\, lifts spirits and sometimes shows up in the strangest of moments. In this workshop\, we will touch on the many reasons we laugh\, what that means and why it feels so darn good! \n\n\n\nWe will explore laughter in a variety of exercises that will focus on making the sounds of laughter and allowing those sounds to guide our movements. \n\n\n\nLog is a goofball. Laughter embodied. He is a musician\, sound healer\, a lover of animals and people\, and an erratic ecstatic dancer. He’s pretty new to his path as a sound healer though it is something he has embodied\, practiced and expressed throughout his entire life in a very intuitive way.
