About Illusion of Duality

The Illusion of Duality can be found somewhere in between the Bass & the Treble… This alchemical artist has been on a musical journey since birth to truly re-discover his sound. Born & raised on the west coast playing strings, percussion & keys, The Illusion of Duality honed his craft on the decks far before electronic music was popular in the early 2000’s.

With the use of frequency embedded in a universe of rhythm he navigates between the Darkness & the Light to bridge the gap between electronic and organic.

On the dance floor, his worldly sound will guide you on an ever evolving adventure of downtempo bass, medicine house and pure vibes sure to lead you “home”. Beyond the good or the evil, to a place where we are all ONE.

Using our breath as the drumbeat, this energy work series will be all about dropping deeply into the body. We’ll connect with the land and mountains we call our home, and enter the dance in true presence. Through our awareness we can receive the delicious medicine offered by the present moment! And truly shake out and release what’s needing to be moved through us. Together we’ll weave an energetic + loving container to boogie down in. Let’s root into our bodies and feel the bliss of authentic embodiment!

During this time (post Helene), we’re doing a “pay what you can” sliding scale for entry, $0-50. We want to make sure everyone can come dance, no matter what their financial situation is right now. If you’re in a place where you can pay more, it would mean a lot. Your extra support will help cover the DJs, tea servers, the space, and also make it possible for those hit hardest by the storm to join us without worrying about the cost. Let’s come together and make sure everyone can be part of this healing dance!
