Justin Gray Morgan is a visual artist and DJ, performing under the name BLKSVN. Born and raised in Asheville, he has returned home after years living abroad and is happy to be an active part of the thriving arts and music community here. His visual art is an esoteric study of sacred geometry, manifested in the form of large, intricate laser-cut Mandalas. He brings this same level of attention to detail and study to the forms that arise from overlaying patterns in music. BLKSVN specializes in Bass Music, and you can catch him DJing around town or at festivals with Da Ville, or The Sonic Oasis crew.

Movement lab:

Immersive Movement with Hunter
We will be exploring awareness based somatic practices that will guide us into a deeper practice of authentic movement. When we listen to our body’s intelligence, and move from that place we can experience a more immersive movement experience, providing a stable foundation for our dance practice.
