About Wren LaFeet
Wren LaFeet has been instigating dance parties since 1999.
As a somatic permissionary, Wren innately understands his role as an ecstatic technician when behind the wheel of the spaceship: to open the doors of perception and invite dancers on a journey facilitating deeper embodiment, connection and presence.
Having danced his own way towards freedom since 1998 with his roots in swing, salsa, hip-hop and contemporary styles, he holds a deep connection to the power of dance to liberate, and the importance of the music fueling the journey.
Always working with an awareness of the room he’s in, his broad musical tastes and hyper-attuned facilitation skills offer a container for the numinous experience of spinaesthesia to emerge: seeing sound as movement and becoming the music. Wren welcomes you home to yourself, to let go of what is not serving, and better still, integrate that s(h)ift and be danced into the divine.
Side note: Wren also throws down booty bouncing bass sets that open up your sacral and unwind your spine, as well as deep downtempo sets that drop you into the far reaches of the subtle currents and sensual realms of consciousness.

Movement Medicine; Sense – you – all Embodiment Workshop with Rhiannon

You’re invited to engage with your unique Movement Medicine! Through utilization of sensual (sense – you – all) embodiment practices, somatic experiential techniques, Authentic Movement and Ecstatic Dance practices, we will begin to create a somatic pathway to sensual flow states. These flow states offer an avenue of awareness and meditation, allowing us to experience creative expression, embodiment, and healing through our unique transpersonal experience.
In this work, we are more curious about how the movement feels, then what the movement looks like. We begin from the recognition that the body, the emotions, the heart, the mind, and the higher self, are all facets of the one. We dance non – duality. We co – create and collaborate with everything. Nothing is not invited and everything is welcome. All experience and all sensation is raw material for enlightenment through embodiment.
