EXPLORING CONNECTION IN MOVEMENT with Alex O’Hearn

October movement lab will be an exploratory space inviting folks into connection with others using eye contact, mirroring, and we’ll even introduce basic lead-follow dynamics utilizing simple touch. In this realm of connection, we will explore individually and discuss collectively themes of energetic sourcing, deep listening, and what energies inspire aliveness.

During this time (post Helene), we’re doing a “pay what you can” sliding scale for entry, $0-50. We want to make sure everyone can come dance, no matter what their financial situation is right now. If you’re in a place where you can pay more, it would mean a lot. Your extra support will help cover the DJs, tea servers, the space, and also make it possible for those hit hardest by the storm to join us without worrying about the cost. Let’s come together and make sure everyone can be part of this healing dance!
