His mixes are genre-bending, full spectrum experiences where no feeling is off limits, no music too taboo, where emotional archetypes are woven together to tell a story that the body understands. He guides you on a journey from stillness to chaos and then back home, keeping you in that place beyond thought, in that present moment primal feeling, redefining what is holy, wholesome and spiritual. Movement Lab

The December movement labs with Taylor Johnson will combine elements of primal movement, mobility exercises, contact dance & somatic practice. Specifically for the sake of fun and exploring new styles of movement IN CONNECTION with others.

In his full time day job, Taylor leads men’s groups and courses focused on sexual health. And after a deep dive into the realm of somatics & movement for his own life over the past 4 years, he’s now excited to share what he has learned both in his full time work AND in movement-specific workshops for all bodies & genders.
