What happens when one person leads with clarity and the other chooses to trust?

In this 20-minute movement experience, Joshua Finch will guide participants through simple partner-based exercises that cultivate presence, connection, and embodied communication. Beginning with breath, grounding, and co-regulation, we’ll explore a handful of intuitive lead-and-follow movements that anyone can enjoy—no dance experience required.

Rather than memorizing choreography, you’ll learn to listen through movement, communicate without words, and discover the playful conversation that unfolds when leadership and surrender are both met with trust.
