Guiding you through a 20 minute warm up, KP will awaken your imagination and activate your kinesthetic awareness. Helping you arrive gently and playfully into your mind and body by exploring various dance movement exercises. Dive deeper with dance as a tool of communication to express your soul. Tap into your authentic creative energy. Listen to your body. Tune in to what feels good to you!

With a foundation in acrobatics and modern dance, KP has continued exploring various movement arts such as martial arts, aerial silks, contact improv, +more. Traveling across the world to learn different styles and perspectives of movement. Most recently earning her yoga teachers license in Costa Rica, and beginning her journey of sharing medicinal mindful movement with others.
