ROFLMAO Workshop with Log

They say that laughter is the best medicine.

In this workshop, Log would love to share his love of laughter with our community.

A universal sound, laughter has accompanied humans (and some animals) throughout time. Laughter brings people together, lifts spirits and sometimes shows up in the strangest of moments. In this workshop, we will touch on the many reasons we laugh, what that means and why it feels so darn good!

We will explore laughter in a variety of exercises that will focus on making the sounds of laughter and allowing those sounds to guide our movements.

Log is a goofball. Laughter embodied. He is a musician, sound healer, a lover of animals and people, and an erratic ecstatic dancer. He’s pretty new to his path as a sound healer though it is something he has embodied, practiced and expressed throughout his entire life in a very intuitive way. Stepping into intentional sound healing has been his latest trajectory, casting him deep into the universe, resonating with the life around him and doing what he can to share the positivity and connections he discovers along his journey.
