His mixes are genre-bending, full spectrum experiences where no feeling is off limits, no music too taboo, where emotional archetypes are woven together to tell a story that the body understands. He guides you on a journey from stillness to chaos and then back home, keeping you in that place beyond thought, in that present moment primal feeling, redefining what is holy, wholesome and spiritual. Using our breath as the drumbeat, this energy work series will be all about dropping deeply into the body. We’ll connect with the land and mountains we call our home, and enter the dance in true presence. Through our awareness we can receive the delicious medicine offered by the present moment! And truly shake out and release what’s needing to be moved through us. Together we’ll weave an energetic + loving container to boogie down in. Let’s root into our bodies and feel the bliss of authentic embodiment!
